Meri 4 july morning 9:30 di kolkata to delhi di flight si. Only 2 mint late hon krke menu chad gye airline wale. Jad mai again ticket purchase kiti menu evening 8:40 di flight mili jo ki 45 mint late 9:25 te flight nikli eh koi achi baat nhi hai. Ehne paise thori hunde ae ki ehni mehngi ticket lai ske Meri ehi request ae ki meri ticket de paise menu returm kr dite jaan jehre 10130 rupay lagge ae. Only 2 mint late krke chad gye.. Verified Support Jul 13, 2019 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Jaspal, We understand missing a flight could be upsetting. However, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the boarding gate before 25 mins of flight departure. Our staff do accept passengers who are marginally late but it's not possible always due to operational reasons. Sadly, you had reported after closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. Further, flight 6E 476 was delayed due to the late arrival of the incoming aircraft. Our operations are dependent on various factors, some are beyond our control and determine our on-time performance.
