Indigo Airlines — missed the flight due to indigo staff | |
Dear team, I had a flight today 5 nov, 2017 on 6.00 am from mumbai to lucknow. I already did the web checkin and i reached the counter at 5.30 still they didn't let me in, saying that the boarding gates are closed. Even the lady who was siting on counter no. 07 didn't even try to help or check, she wasn't bothered at all. And she said you can wait another flight.in every flight 25 minutes prior they ask you to reach while in this case i reached half an hour ago. Still they didn't allow me to go. I want my money refund or i will go to consumer court. It's my hard earned money. Indigo's ethics are died completely seems to me. Looking forward to hear. Thanks!
