[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — missing baggage

Hi,
My check-in luggages has been missed while travelling from bangalore to bagdogra today. It contains all my basic clothes money laptop and documents. Plz help it's v urgent and i m not getting any proper response from your customer support. Every time i call them i get a response from them that they will check and let us know the status in 1 hour but i never receive a call from them. Till now they are not able to track where my luggages are. Is this the service and support u provide to your customer. I need my luggages immediately as i have all my important documents and office laptop in it which i need from monday for my office work. If you guys are not responding i will take a legal action against you as this is highly frustrating for me and i swear i will never ever use it services.
