I had a worst experience with indigo check-in crew, especially the manager at bangalore airport, travelled from bangalore to nagpur on a 6:05 a. M flight on nov 3rd 2018... Due to mismanagement of the check-in crew i had to travel to nagpur without my baggage. The check-in crew mentioned i would be receiving the baggage on next immediate flight... One fellow passenger in the queue sent us the picture of the bagagge tag which had next flight details on the tag. We reac. The nagpur airport to collect the bagagge at 4 and it is more than a day since then so many flights have come from bangalore to nagpur and no show of my bag.. The staff at nagpur airport have been so supportive and helping us out to locate the bag... But the bangalore team is totally unresponsive. Bangalore team has been the worst staff i have ever dealt with.. I feel sorry to have to give such negative feedback about my own city
The current status is that the bangalore staff claim to have sent the baggage on the flight from bangalore but do not know where to and they are saying they are not able to trace it.
Never ever we would travel on this airlines again even if they would offer a free ticket... It's high time indigo realizes how some bad crew in one location cause a business loss to entire indigo.
Could you please register my complaint and help me get my missing baggage.
