[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — missing of flight due to inefficiency of counter staff | |||
Dear sir/madam, My wife and daughter first time going to travel indigo flight no 6e2211 from del to bbi vide pnr no – mltdmh on 26 may 2019. They had reached at 15 : 05 at t-2. They had checked their luggage and when they were in line at counter for boarding pass. The counter staff didn’t entertain them and entertain the person behind them and trying to solve his problem. When my wife asked about boarding pass, she told time is over and you are late and go to other counter. Like this they requested in two counters. At last they refer them for ticket counter.in ticket counter, the staff present is talking very rudely and did not help them. As i was always prefer to travel by indigo for good service, this type of situation, i felt very bad. Therefore, you are looked into matter and advise your staff to behave customer who are those in panic or first time or in problem.
