[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — mistake from indigo customer care person - praveen his name | |||
Hi, Due to the medical emergency of my mother, we have postponed my travel date from 21st may to 24th may. But by mistake your (Indigo) customer care person praveen has changed the date to 25th of may, again i have contacted customer care and changed the date to 24th and cancelled my daughter ticket. For this i have paid 15000rs extra. For the cancellation and mistake from indigo, i should get rs:19900. One customer care employee says i will get 19900 and other says 15500. They are asking about proofs. I have requested for the email or message that 19900 will be refunded but they have not enough permissions to send email or message. They are not treating customers in a good manner. I am suffering from indigo customer care employees. Was this information helpful? | |||
