[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — money deducted from my bank but not issued the tickets

Dear sir,

My name is anil kumar i booked an air ticket on 28th march 2019 from kuwait to kochin and back, i am waiting for my air ticket confirmation as of today (30th march), that money already deducted from my bank (Net banking through sbi-india), when i checked they are telling the money is not received by us it is in the payment gateway, whatever hell that people are booking tickets and waiting for the journey and all these excuses getting from your customer care, and all the fund you can keep in your bank at least 5 working days, my booking references giving below i need the money immediately without any delay.

1. Attach the receipts of
- your bank
- merchant
for transaction INR 18598.00, herein, and
2. State the web site, where you had attempt to book reservation,

if the ticket was is issued by the operator of web site
within 24 hours following your payment had been done.
