[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — my baggage is missing | |||
I travelled through indigo airlines on 20th january at 1.50 a: m from kozhikode to dubai flight no: 6e 88. I had three baggeges, all were checked. My pnr number is rfpetj. But when i reached at dubai airport, i received only two baggage. The one baggage 6e [protected] is missing. I had made a complaint with the dnata. But i dint get any reply so far. Whenever iam enquiring the only reply iam getting is that they are waiting to get the response from indigo airline at calicut airport. Since 12 hours has past i am really disappointed with this airline for not getting any reply so far. Waiting for an early response. Was this information helpful? | |||

With 5 mins delay and still having 40 mins .you people did not allowed me to checkin from Ranchi airport to Delhi.
And also did not refunded the ticket price.

I was only carrying a hand bag.
We understand missing a flight could be distressful. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported after counter closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. Nevertheless, we have processes refund toward no show taxes, kindly contact the travel agency used for making the booking.
