Adding PNR and receipt number in subject line, i was so embarrassed and very much down with the behaviour of indigo manager at Pune airport who behaved with me rudely. My flight was at 9:55 and i reached airport at 9 and i had exceed 2KG of checkin baggage limit coming to 17KG i told the person in the counter to please accept it its just 2KG or i will remove some things from the bag and put it in hand baggage, the manager came and told me as i quote “if you dont pay for extra 2 KG i will close the gates for you”, i begged him pleaded him requested him, but he told his staff to not listen to me and told “you miss your flight and go on another but i will not allow you to chekin without paying”.
He made me embarrass in front of all passengers in queue. I literally started shaking dont know what to do. I PAID 1100 RS to the person and moved.
Horrible that you treat your passenger like a servant and just for money embarrass them mentally torcher them and make them beg.
You extorted money from, i need my refund back. And also the manager to by inducted again! Was this information helpful? |
