[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — no help from the indigo team | |||
We had our indigo flight on 8th june2018 at 7 am. But we were under impression that it is in evening. So we came as per that time. After coming here we came to know that we missed our flight which was in morning 7 am. We went to the customer service and asked her to help us. But she had given us the same cost and didn't even gave us some discount. It is very bad service. We are from middle class family and can't afford so much cost. We have lost 38k in indigo. Our first time experience of indigo is worst. Atleast we were expecting some discount. Or a nominal charge to be given. I will need refund for this. Was this information helpful? | |||

In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Since our check-in counter was closed for the flight, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.
