Called mANY TIMEs...no response...same behaviour...picking up the call and telling bull ### excussess...indigo has an dirty and idiotic people as thier staff... The day when the flight was delayed for 5 hrs they were very humble...the moment we quoted from there the showed their way of treating a customer... I continuously called him but no response...i[censored] canât resolve it then confirm me I will leave my money...no problem Was this information helpful? | |||

I was traveling from Bangalore to Mumbai on 23rd April 18 by flight 6E849. When I reached at my destination i found my both the baggage were damaged. The cost of each bag was around 5000/-Rs. Please refund my baggage amounts as early as possible.
