Indigo Airlines — Non cooperation of ground staff and loss of money and inconvenience | |||||
On sunday 8th may 2016 i was travelling through indigo from mumbai to udaipur when i reached at airport i was 55 minutes prior to check-in but due to security checking i reached at checkin counter 40 minutes prior.The counter executive had just refuses to issue the boarding pass.There was no fault of mine to being late but the not a single ground staff person had helped me out..they fully refuses to accept me at that flight and clearly said to purchase another ticket for tomorrow by payout 3000rs. At the end i have to purchase another ticket..it means i had paid twice for the same flight to travel through. Although i asked them will i get refund of some amount for that ticket then they clearly said no no thats not our fault. Tell me this is all the criteria pf your company to make fool of the customer and just make money. Will you help me out for this cause or either i have other option to drag you at consumer forum. Reply if you are agree to refund or i will approach to court to get my refund. Seriously worst travelling through indigo and i will post to everyone on social media to not to choose indigo flight ever. Was this information helpful? | |||||
