[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — non cooperative and arrogant supervisor at delhi airport t3 - we ended up missing our flight

12:30 am on 13 may 2018 - we had a flight from delhi to dubai at 1:45 am rushing to the airport with a bit of a delay due to unbelievable delhi traffic at that hour, we still made it to the airport by 12:40 am and supervisor standing there instead of being cooperative and supportive he was arrogant and not helpful at all. We were 3 passengers who ended up missing our flight to dubai that night - in spite of forcing him to call the manager on duty to talk to him he did not call the manager until the flight had taken-off. This is not accepted of indigo services - i would really appreciate action being taken on this and we are compensated for our loss. Due to our emergency of reaching dubai on 13 may morning we ended up paying inr 70, 000/- for buying 3 seats with fly dubai.
It was a ridiculous experience with indigo this flight.

With reference to your post, we would like to summarize our findings. You were booked to travel in flight 6E 47 from Delhi to Dubai which was scheduled to depart at 01:45 hours on 13th May 2018. As per policy, check-in counter closes 75 minutes prior from scheduled departure time. You reported at 12:40 hours. While we understand your sentiment, it is pertinent to note that reporting on-time is the passenger's sole responsibility. Since check-in counters were already closed for the flight, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight. We request for your understanding in this regard.

Today I received one link through mobile (SMS) in that they says pay Rs.9850/- for security deposit. Can you please confirm whether it's true or forgery.
I tried one contact but not picking my call [protected].
