I was suppose to travel to Hyderabad from Delhi by indigo flight no 6e 305. the departure of flight was 11:50a.m. as mentioned on ticket and website.
Please note that I had already done my web check 6 hours before my departure.
We reached the counter on time, finished our security checking but the officials denied saying that the counter is closed. I, along with my parents requested them saying to allow us to board the flight as they was as urgency but in no circumstances they allowed us to move in.
All these discussions killed another 5 to 10 minutes.
We were very much disappointed with the behavior and attitude of the staff. This sort of attitude is really not deplorable. They do not have minimum etiquette as in how to speak in front of seniors.
I would like to question indigo that in spite of re accommodating us in the next flight why did they charge exorbitant extra amount of money from me. Also they wrote unjust comments of late arrival at counter on my boarding pass.
Closing the counter before time, not re accommodating the passengers within the same fare and ticket, misbehavior with the passengers is what we faced.
This is highly unacceptable and unethical behavior of indigo. I am writing this complaint letter to disclose such unethical standards indigo is following.
Looking forward for justice.
