[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — non delivery of luggage

I along with my family (Mrs. Nilakshi roy and master raunak bishaya) travelling by indigoflight 6e 553 at 00.20 am on 11th august from pune to guwahati via a connecting flight no 6e 3955 at 05.20 am from kolkata to guwahati. The incident took place in pune airport while we are proceeding for security check-in, in my wife's baggage there was two toy guns which was not allowed to carry by the security officer, so it was dropped at the check-in baggage (In a cartoon dimension 2.5× 18×24 inches) and assured that it will be send in the next indigoflight at around 2.50 am. At the same time my wife was issued a new boarding pass. On arrival at guwahati airport we inquired about the said item, and they gave me a number [protected]. I called the number on 12 the august, and the executive replied that she don't know about such packet/cartoon.
Please do the needful in this regard so that i can get back my packet.
