[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — not a good hospitality, refusal to accept aadhaar paper as identity proof | |||
Flight no 6e 547, pnr lmzirx. 07.05.19 checked in at the counter. I have shown copy of the aadhar card of my daughter shreya thiagarajan at the counter. The lady at the counter refused to accept the aadhar copy and i requested her to note that this will not be accepted. She called another lady and another supervisor also came. But no body given me in noting that the copy of the aadhar card will be accepted as identity proof. I had to open my checked in bag and shown them the colour print out. Then only they accepted. The way of reply was not in a good way. I am not happy with the hospitality of the staff. I am traveling by air for about 10 years. First time i am seeing such a bad hospitality.
