[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — not able to board flight | |||
My flight indigo, 6e-811 was at 5:15 from bangalore to raipur on 28th april 2018, I reached airport at 4:10 am and they asked me to get into the queue when my number came they asked me to go for the self check-in, when i went their it was displaying that web check-in is closed, then again i asked one of the indigo member she told that go to the check-in counter when again i reached their she told that i am 5 min late i can not board the flight. What a waste service from indigo people they can't manage people, we people are suffering due to these kind things. My pnr-ayyw4p In future i'll never prefer indigio. You were booked to travel in flight 6E 811 from Bengaluru to Raipur which was scheduled to depart at 05:15 hours on28th April 2018. As per policy, check-in counter for the flight closes 45 minutes prior to departure. Based on our records, you reported at 04:36 hours. Since our check-in counters were already closed for the flight, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight. Further, you can claim a refund for no-show taxes, by getting in touch with travel portal used to make the reservation. We look forward towards your understanding in this regard.
