[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — not allowing boarding on flight despite early check in

Sir my daughter was coming from ahmedabad to indore on 25/12/2018 journey detail as mentioned below

Flight was delayed where as she reached in time and tried to deposit beggage but the conserning authority refused to take and later she was not informed about it when she was reached at bording gate she was not allowed to board making some baseless excuses. She was very disturbed and book another flight expense 4007 rs. When i contacted helpline no satisfactory answered givan. Solve my problem and comensat for the same

Hi Rajeev,

We are sorry for the experience. As per policy, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior and boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. In case of web check-in, passengers can report directly at the board gates without check-in baggage, carrying the printout of boarding passes. Further, our flight was delayed due to bad weather at Bengaluru airport which is beyond our control. Based on our records, the passenger has reported at 1323 hrs for the flight departing at 1340 hrs with check-in baggage. Hence, our staff was unable to accept the passenger for the flight. We look forward towards your understanding.
