Indigo Airlines — not providing full cash fund against the flight tickets during corona pandemic situation

We are trying to follow up indigo customer care and it's more than 8 mail conversation.

We are clearly stating them we are not frequent travellers who can benefit from credit shell which indigo is providing and we wanted to travel only during those dates tickets have been booked.

We have paid the tickets through credit card. Interest against credit card is also increasing. Will indigo take responsibility for paying our credit card interest since they are delaying our full cash refund.

What kind customer service indigo is providing if customers are asking their money they have paid.

Why indigo will resist to return back customers money..

We are in need of our money back to meet our financial needs. We are asking our money back to take care of financial needs.

Please help to raise grievenace against indigo.
