[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — not received baggage from doha airport

I am dr. Manjula yesterday (15.01.2019) traveled from doha airport
Fllight no: 6e 1706, boarding time 1430, departure time 1530, due to heavy traffic 5 minutes late. Counters were closed before 0230 i came to airport i searched 15 minutes and contacted to higher official, he too announced but no one's are replied his call and finally he mentioned special services and send me without luggage only my laptop carried. My relation 2 times went to that counter place and requested to send my bag to another flight but they didn't accepted. My luggage is my relation's home in that bag my important and urgent files too there. Plz help me kindly to send my bag any date to doha to chennnai. Without bag i can't anything plz help me, i am expecting for your favorable reply

Based on our records, our check-in counter was already closed at the time of your reporting. Our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help you reach the destination our staff has accommodate you in the same flight without your check-in baggage which was accepted by you. Further, we are sending an inquiry to our respective department. We shall respond soon.

We got this checked. We would like to inform you that at no point our staff has given you commitment regarding the delivery of your baggage. Also, our staff has informed the passenger that the bag wouldn't be connected to Chennai as it requires passenger for the customs clearance. Request for your understanding of the same.

The company demand 9600 + 18% gst that i had paid but i seem it to be fraud, now what to do? Is it true or fake please suggest me and if it is fraud than why there is no action taken against it and i got mail from [protected]@hrgoindigo.in this id, kindly focus on this

On the same note, it is also pertinent to mention here that the Company does not indulge in the practices of collecting any processing/enrollment fees from job aspirants/candidates.

It is advisable for you to approach competent authorities for a parallel investigation into the matter against such unknown errant persons.
