I have booked a flight ticket through Indigo website, the first payment failed buy the amount got debited from me. Second time, I booked ticket and the payment was successful. IndiGo assured me that debited amount will be refunded but it has been 2 months and still they haven't refunded.
I raised a chargeback/dispute from my bank and IndiGo acknowledge that they received excess amount and gave go ahead for chargeback, but then this chargeback was rejected.
Customer support is not helping at all, they are giving standard reply that they can't help when a chargeback/dispute is raised.
