Indigo Airlines — not refunding money for the flight tickets during corona lock down period

This is with reference to the flight pnr number plwehd, niqpxm and ppqn7e, dw2sfh.

We have dropped around 4- 5 mails to indigo customer care mentioning because of corona pandemic lock down flights are cancelled d and asked indigo to refund the money we have paid for flight tickets.

We have clearly explained we wanted to travel only on the specific dates we have booked tickets and we are not frequent air travellers who can benefit from credit shell or credit note option which indigo is providing.

Credit note will be of no use to us. And we need money to meet our financial needs during lock down period.

Even after we explaining all the above situations very clearly. Indigo has declined cash full refund and have generated credit shell and have mailed us. We did mention to indigo that we need proper solution to our concerns and refund our money back or else we will be raising consumer complaint.

But we didnt get any mail reply from indigo for the same but rather than indigo has sent credit shell
