Indigo Airlines — Not yet received travel certificate

Have travelled on indigo on 26 December 2020 and have lost my boarding pass.now i need the copy of boarding pass.for that i have paid 800/- on indigo official site.but i didn't get travel certificate.please send it as soon as possible. I need it urgently.
