Dear indigo,
Just to let you know about your policy and staff behavior. I have booked flight from bangalore to ahmedabad at 6.15 am for 7th may, 2015. My pnr number is j5m5fv. Becuase of heavy traffic at airport and there were only few counter was working from indigo big queue was there. By the time i reached to the counter i was 2 min late for boarding time. As per indigo person has to reach atleast 45 min before and i was there with my pregnant wife 43 mins before.
Even though these people had not allowed me to check in. I requested them multiple times as i have to reach ahmedabad any cost that day.Instead of helping they were routing us to from one counter to second counter and finally asked us to take next flight.
They have not called also as other flight people used to do. When i asked about same they said bangalore airport comes under silence zone. But other flight people like air india they used to call in same airport only.
There were almost 10-15 family who had missed their flight because of indigo people inefficiency.
Finally, i had to book next flight from indigo as it was urgent to travel. New pnr is j5m5fv. I paid 9000 extra for this and earlier 10, 000 paid. So it costs me around 19, 000 rs for one way flight for two people.
If you have observed boarding pass, it says person has to reach before 25 mins of departure. It is no where written about 45 mins then how one can know about 45 mins. They should have communicated well in advance if there are any changes.
I want my all money back as it is fault from indigo people. If this is continue then very soon, indigo will be sued.

And I agree, Not allowing the passengers who are just few minutes late at the check-in counter, is not right. Indigo tries to show to be way more punctual when actually its not that perfect either.
Few of the times, they make us wait for boarding even past the departure time.
I also feel, indigo only believes in making money.
