I have paid 2230/- to some rahul name person and the one who called me through telephone was simran sharma after paying they are not attending the call and now their phone is switched off how will i get my money back, what should i do now how to raise complaint against them even they send me that rahul id card anyway i need my money back so what to do for getting that money back
