Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to register a consumer complaint against Indigo Airlines. On 28/05/2023, I booked a flight from Coimbatore to Hyderabad (Vice Versa) with the following details:
Departure Date: 14th June 2023 and Return 16th June 2023 for my cousins.
Their names are "Riyaz Mohideen" and "Rizwan Moideen"
Payment amount: INR 15, 408.00
Despite the payment being deducted from my account, I have not received any confirmation email or PNR for this booking. I have tried contacting Indigo's customer service team multiple times, but have not received any satisfactory response or resolution to this issue.
The booking was made well in advance and has caused me a great deal of inconvenience.
I request you to look into this matter and take the necessary actions to resolve this issue at the earliest. I am seeking to confirm my tickets and send me the Ticket details or refund of the payment made for the booking
I hope to receive a prompt resolution to this matter.
