Indigo Airlines — Payment deducted but ticket not received

We have booked 02 no passenger ticket from Hyderabad to Delhi travelling date 21 Dec 2023 on dated 01 Dec 2023 from INDIGO mob app. Payment of Rs. 13296/- has been deducted and payment initiated from INDIGO, but ticket not received. Transaction ID is JPAYF[protected].
Kindly provide the status of ticket.
