Indigo Airlines — Payment not received

On 1st may 2016, i tried to book a ticket from bhubaneswar to bengaluru for the flight 6e 492.
At 00:41 (12:41am) i made the payment through internet banking (Sbi).
The amount debited was 5210.00
Ref no for the transaction is [protected]ig0bxhdhh3.
When i contacted the customer care they told me i will get the money back after 3-4 days. But its been 7-8 days.
Please refund my payment.
