Dear IndiGo,
I had booked a ticket on 11 April 2022 from Dammam to Lucknow [Departure on 30 April].
After successful payment I received an email [screenshot attached] that showed status payment initiated and there was an important note written that if you did not receive the confirmation within 20 minutes kindly make another payment and the deduction amount will be reversed in 5/7 days so I waited for more than 48hrs and then i booked the ticket again.
And then on 4rth day [14 April 2022] I received PNR # FGKB7L while I was expecting my refund because I have already booked another ticket.
Please cancel my ticket and refund my full amount as i did not get confirmation within time as per your imp notes. Kindly check the attachment.
