This is nitish kote narasaiah with regards to my pnr - qfeg2s As you may already know, coronavirus outbreak took several lives, and many are still fighting for their lives. I really appreciate the efforts taken by indigo for india - china routes. I would urge for similar efforts for passengers travelling to other affected countries like singapore, thailand. As a tourist to singapore, i was about to visit places like marina bay, gardens by the bay and sentosa island where all the 7 cases of wuhan virus victims were registered. As per ministry of health - singapore, about 57+ cases are still under investigation and govt. Announced yellow dorscon level. Among 57 many are believed to be tourists like me and visited popular attractions. Corona can spread by human to human contact or visiting infected areas. This is the only reason why i had to cancel my trip. You can find the details provided by moh on their official website: https://www.moh.gov.sg/2019-ncov-wuhan Indigo charged me more than half of my ticket price inr. 9000/- towards cancellation fee. As a privileged customer and considering the virus scare, i am hoping to get a full refund or atleast travel points equivalent to cancellation fee. Was this information helpful? | |||
