My mom veena sood (Age 65) and my aunt subhadara devi (Age 73) were travelling from delhi to bengaluru on friday, flight no. 6e-121. Seat no. 6e & 6f. As flight was delayed by an hour and it was an early morning flight my mom requested for a meal for which we paid in advance. Air hostess denied the meal and told them to purchase separately to which my mom denied stating that we have already paid in advance then why should we pay again. They requested for there meal. Meal was not given even after several requests. Your staff was not having courtesy on how to treat two senior citizens (Women). They were trying cheap selling tactics. My mom was travelling for the first time through flight, in curiosity she asked can't we choose both options tea and juice and reply was very rude, because 10 minutes later same air hostess came said and taunted my mom (Paani toh hum aapko de hi denge jitna chaahe le lo), as we are beggers or your staff doesn't have basic etiquette of respecting elders. Either you tell me what is the action you are taking on this or i will take this issue on social media and consumer forum.
