[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — poor service | |||
We were four passenger travelling from cochin to delhi whose departed time was 18.5.19 at 12.55by indigo airlines. Our pnr number was aill8a, flight number 6e837 and ikgi5k. But this flight was delayed more than 2.30 hours. When we talked to kochi indigo person she suggested that our arrival staff at delhi airport help you. So. We call arrival staff. He replied me no problem we will help you after reaching at airport. When we reached at delhi airport at after 6 o'clock. No-one staff provide us any type of help only ignore us, although no one listen our problem. We are very disappointed with your staff attitude. You are requested to reimburse our four passenger air fare due to delayed flight which departure time was 5.40 am from delhi to chandigarh. Was this information helpful? | |||
