Indigo Airlines — poor service in flight 6e 553 from pune to kol dtd 21st sep 2017

The whole flight of 2.5 hours, it seemed there wasn't any air conditioning running. The air vents were opened but there wasn't any respite. It might have to do with the temperature settings within the aircraft, but not sure. The whole plane reeked of foul body odours. The whole journey was pathetic and we were constantly sweating.

After the flight landed in kolkata we only got our registered baggages at belt no 2 at 3.30 am! A good 30 mins post landing.
