Indigo Airlines — Power bank found in baggage but not returned by staff

I was travelling by flight no. 6e6187, DELHI-RAJKOT DT. 24 May 2023. My ticket no. By mistake power bank was kept in baggage and in scan it was found. Office staff called me to check luggage. I went in luggage ground with staff and found power bank. But ground staff told me that they could not return power bank as it will disposed. I argued with them I have four hours before departure and I will keep the power bank in my hand luggage and I am ready to re-scan my hand luggage. But ground staff and boarding staff did not agreed and did not return my power bank. I kindly request to refund my power bank or compensat for that.

We regret the inconvenience. Please note power bank is not authorized in the check-in baggage, however, if found it is removed by the respective airport security team. You may get in touch with the airport's lost and found to claim the same. We look forward to your understanding on the same.
