My name is S. Jalaja. I was travelling from BLR to Delhi on Indigo flight no. 6E2217 at 1hrs PNR BMTI&L on 27th January 2024, along with my sister Valsala Wariyar. We mistook the time and missed the flight.
We were rebooked in flight No.6E 6401 at the Bangalore airport by the Indigo staff. While my sister got an economy seat 37E on payment of Rs 8000 +, I had to pay for my seat in the first row amounting to nearly 10300/-. When I inquired about my extra charge, they said it was a different PNR No.As the flight was about to take off, I had no option but to pay the amount.
I came to know that an economy seat was vacant. Still I was made to take a special seat, which was not in order.
I request you to kindly refund tge extra amount charged from me. Both o[censored]s are senior citizens
