Indigo Airlines — Refund against no booking but transaction initiated | |||
My account has been debited without a reservation being generated by the indigo while booking a flight, a payment for txn id 2a673308d[protected] has been initiated by the website but no booking has been done on 28-11-16. On complaining through their website, they have ask for three to five working days to process the refund but still no refund has been done. Was this information helpful? | |||
