Indigo Airlines — Refund

Hi
My name is Shaheed hussain and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I booked my flight ticket(kadapa to kuwait) from indigo official website. They deducted my money from my bank account but I didn't received any confirmation ticket/pnr number.please help me out
