I booked air ticket vide PNR No. H18KSK(BLR-AMD) in the name of Kirit Ubhadia. As payment could not be made it was showing on hold & flight timing departure : 16.55. Hence I ignored it and went to book flesh ticket for departure at 13.35 from Bangalore. I append the message I received from Indigo.

When I went to website to see the itinerary I was amazed to see that H18KSK was confirmed and new ticket LQISSP was for 13.35 departure was also confirmed.
I rang customer care number of Indigo and explained the situation. The lady informed me that as I am cancelling ticket within 24 hours I will get full refund as per DGCA Rules.
However I got only Rs. 2919/- instead of Rs. 6169/-.
You are requested to please refund balance Rs. 3250/- immediately. As same person can not fly on same day on same route at 13.35 and 16.55.
