[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — refund for flight cancelled by indigo | |
I had made a booking (Reference hb3cws) flight date 14 may 2018 from pune to chennai on flight 6e6406. The flight was cancelled due to the storm in delhi. Indigo informed me via a phone call which was too late as i had already reached the airport. The staff at the airport were not available as there was a big queue and there was no management of the customers as 4 flights were cancelled. I have written to indigo requesting a refund but there is no response at all from them. Kindly refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |

Further, we have initiated the full refund for the booking in the same account used while making the reservation, same will be processed in 7-10 working days.
