[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Refund for my missed flight

I missed my flight from delhi to bengluru on 14th august 2022. Only because I had a connecting flight from lucknow to delhi, then delhi to bengluru and one of my belongings was left behind in the former lucknow to delhi flight and we had to wait until the baggage claim people returned which took a lot of time and we could not have got out of it. I got a call from the cabin crew of delhi flight people and they told me to rush and we did but we could not make it. Now, here I'm trying to tell the cabin crew that i had a reason which is why i am late and it was a legitimate reason, and the flight had good 30 mins remaining to fly off. I told them to pls wait for us as we were at the check in counter already. But they did not wait and on top of it they had the rudest behaviour for it. They did not even bother to hear me out. Kept telling me we cant even have this conversation.

What felt wrong was their rude behavior. They were in no mood to help me at all. They were like manage on your own. For cabin crew, not so much helpful. And on top of it, i complaint on the indigo complaint services, they came and spoke about the refund but my back account had an issue and the transaction couldn’t be done and asked them to call me again tomorrow. And they never reverted. I have sent multiple mails, several calls to the complaint service executive. This is highly irresponsible
