Indigo Airlines — Refund for my ticket | |||||
I booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Bangalore via Pune with Indigo airlines flight no. 6E-674 PNR AC6CHT and flight no. 6E-681 PNR AC6CHT. I was not allowed to get the boarding pass just because of the typo error in the ticket. I requested the manager to cooperate with me as it is a nominal issue but she denied stating that it is a matter of security which is an absurd and lame excuse. I had each and every government proof with photo id which qualifies me to get my boarding pass except the typo in the ticket. As I had no option left with me, I had to book a new ticket with your airlines flight no. 6E531 PNR XC8TFG which costed me freaking Rs.14, 397 just because your non-cooperative staff. A little help from your side could reduce this trouble and mental distress. With great disappointment, I am writing this mail to you and requesting you to value your customer. As it is a financial burden for me which means a lot to me, I request you to refund my air ticket compensation as soon as possible. Eagerly awaiting for your positive response.
