[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — refund in case of death

I was travelling from chennai to port blair on 24th feb. However due to death of my uncle, i had to cancel the tickets. Even after providing all the documents to prove the blood relation between me and my uncle, the resolution is not yet provided. They have not even replied to a single mail i have sent them. After calling to their customer care, they keep me on hold for almost 30 mins, ask to re-send the mail with all documents again and again. Moreover, at the end they say that they will look at this issue. From past 3 days, daily i am going through this problem but no resolution yet. It seems that they are just avoiding to refund the amount.
