[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — refund is not done till today.

I had booked a ticket having pnr no. Y9qmjl dated 8th july, 2018. Ticket was from bhubaneswar to pune. Money was deducted and ticket was not confirmed. When i contacted customer care of indigo, they told money will be refunded to your account. I made a new booking with higher price and travelled. Till today i have followed up with the customer care of indigo and sent mail with the bank statements. All in vain. Till now there is no refund or response from indigo.
