I bought ticket for dhaka - calcutta-delhi on 28 of april, 2019 (Booking # hw1upb) massage: 31871*[protected] Entry date 29.4.2019 total 349, 79 eur (26 612, 11 inr). Due to bad weather your airline cancel the trip and ask me to refund money back. I was agreed and request my money back asap. Still i did not get my money back.
