Indigo Airlines — Refund not received

Hi, my parents were travelling by flight 6E-433 PNR BBKMHA on Jan 9, 2016 from Bangalore to Bagdogra via Kolkata. Due to bad weather they were deboarded at Kolkata and offered a refund of the Kolkata-Bagdogra travel part. But Indigo official claim that they took the full flight which is utterly incorrect as I had to book them a train. Numerous calls to the call center has not yielded any result. It is not about the amount that am concerned but the unprofessional attitude with which Indigo officials are behaving.
