[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — refund not received | |||
I have booked tickets for on 30-11-18 as detailed below: Flight: chennai to jorhat (Via. Kolkata) Date of flight:05-12-18 Name of persons: deepankar hazarika, saranga pani saikia, indu saikia Pnr:jgqh8d As the title of deepankar hazarika was wrongly typed as "saikia", i contacted customer care section and as per their advice i booked a ticket for deepankar hazarika with pnr = e9rtyl, on receiving assurance that fare of the person will be refunded. A message was received stating that refund had been initiated under transaction id bb8548ef[protected]. A number calls were made to customer care to request for refund of the amount, but till date nothing has been done. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
