Indigo Airlines — Refund not return

Refund not received against amount debited from bank and
ticket cancelled to be refund with 3 to 4 working days but more
then 7 working days have passed - Transaction Id: 3aed4cb[protected] for INR 4561 in the name of VIJAYA KUMAR S booking date 5/9/2016
Though confirm that "In case your reservation does not go through and your
account gets charged, the amount will be automatically reversed in 3-4
working days"...
