Indigo Airlines — refund of cancellation fee

Hello,
I am writing to you in connection with flight ticket booked on april 4.
Flight was supposed to be departed from (Airport) but we weren't able to travel due to the recent corona virus outbreak and have cancelled the ticket pnr fi9wtm.
I would like to know the current refund status of the ticket and request you for a full refund as the condition was not favourable for travelling due to increase in corona cases at that time.

Please know that full amount is refunded in the travel agency account used to make the booking. Please connect with the respective travel agency to claim the refund.
