[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — refund of the money | |
Dear Team Greetings of the Day! My father was booked under PNR/Booking Ref.: VKQ9WN from Colombo to Delhi. 12th March 2019 starting from Colombo & 13th March 2019 reaching delhi. Total fare was INR 21594/- Due to death of his sister on 8th March 2019 he has to prep one his flight to 10th March 2019 starting from Colombo & 11th March 2019 reaching delhi. Total Fare INR29044/- I tried my level best to make the customer care executive understand that we should not be shared extra as there is a demice but no one listened. I am attaching all the documents as I need the refund for the additional amount i have paid.
