Today 6th December 2023 at 1.55am - A Payment was initiated to book tickets for Indigo flight that departs at 6.25am from Chatrapati Shivaji terminus Mumbai to Cochin International airport [arrival time 11.20am]. The flight had a layover at Hyderabad airport. But as far as the itinerary is concerned, I have not received any confirmation for the tickets booked while the payment was deducted for the amount of 34214 [Indian rupee]. I got the mail from indigo citing the payment is initiated [attaching proof of mail, transaction history for reference]. Also, around 8.30 am I received another message for boarding the flight at Hyderabad [attaching proof for the same]. Since there was no confirmation of itinerary from Mumbai to Hyderabad and Hyderabad to cochin as per the flight booked then why there is a miscommunication regarding the flight boarding point. Also, as per the mail sent by indigo regarding payment initiation for refund of the amount, I solemnly request the senior official concerned with sorting consumer complaint to look into the matter and do the needful as the amount deducted is also huge amount. Attaching proof of all receipts, mails and messages for further course of action. Also, providing email and contact details for discussing any steps need to be followed from my end as indigo customer care is not responding on call to raise the above issue.
